Terms of service

Placeholder text — replace this page with the lawyer-reviewed terms before any production launch. The structure is a starting point only.
The deal
Overview is a SaaS platform you subscribe to monthly. You give us a card and an email; we give you a platform that runs your CRM, marketing, support and reporting in one place. These terms cover what we promise, what we don't, and what happens if either side walks away.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
- The admin user(s) on your account can add, remove, and impersonate other users. Pick admins carefully.
- You must not use the product to send unsolicited bulk email, run scams, or violate the Australian Spam Act 2003.
Billing
All prices in AUD, GST inclusive. The 30-day trial costs A$1 upfront so we know you're a real human. Recurring plans renew monthly until you cancel. Stripe handles all payments — we never see your card number.
Plan upgrades and downgrades pro-rate via Stripe automatically. Failed payments trigger our dunning sequence (day 0, day 3, day 7, then suspension on day 10).
Cancellation + refunds
You can cancel any time from the Settings → Plan & billing screen, or by emailing support. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle (no pro-rated refund on monthly cancellation).
The A$1 trial charge is non-refundable except where required by law. See our refund policy for the full detail.
What we promise
- We'll keep the product up — target 99.9% monthly uptime on platform services (overview.software + your custom domains).
- We'll keep your data in Australia and won't sell it. See our privacy policy.
- We'll give you a working export of all your tenant data within 7 days if you ask, in a re-importable format.
What we don't promise
- We don't guarantee specific marketing outcomes. The AI agent gives advice; you decide what to act on.
- We don't guarantee integrations stay available — if Meta or Google changes their API in a way we can't adapt to, we'll tell you ahead of time but the feature may go away.
- Service-level credits aren't a thing on our standard plans. Enterprise customers get them as part of their MSA.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded by contract.
If we ever shut down
If we wind the company down, we'll give you 90 days notice and a complete export of your tenant data. No data is held hostage.
Changes
Material changes get an email to every admin at least 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the product after the effective date you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Victoria.
Contact
Use the contact form for anything routine. For formal legal notices, include “Legal notice” in the message and tick “General question” — it routes to the right inbox internally.
