Refund policy

The short version
Use our contact form within 14 days of a charge if you're unhappy. We process full refunds without drama in the common cases below. Refunds land back on the original card in 5–10 business days.
When we refund automatically
- The product broke and we couldn't fix it in a reasonable window (outages > 24 hours on a paid plan).
- You were billed by mistake — e.g., a cancellation that didn't take, a double-charge from a Stripe retry, an upgrade you didn't intend.
- You cancelled within 14 days of your first paid month — full refund of that month, no questions.
Trial charge (A$1)
The A$1 trial charge is a card-verification step, not a product purchase. It's non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If you cancelled the trial within the 30 days because you found we weren't the right fit, that's exactly what the trial is for — no harm done, the $1 stays with us.
Mid-cycle cancellations
By default, cancelling a monthly plan keeps you active until the end of the current billing cycle; we do not pro-rate refunds. If you want a pro-rated refund and have a good reason (e.g. you switched to an annual plan, your business shut down), email support and we'll usually say yes.
Add-ons + overages
- AI agent monthly bucket — non-refundable once consumed.
- Local SEO locations — refundable pro-rata if unused.
- Dedicated IP — non-refundable once provisioned (we pay the upstream cost upfront).
- SMS sends — non-refundable, pass-through to Cellcast / Twilio.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise customers' refund terms live in their MSA. The above doesn't override anything signed there.
How a refund lands
We refund to the original card via Stripe. You'll get a separate email from us confirming the refund (refund ID + amount), and Stripe's own receipt email independently. The money lands on your statement in 5–10 business days — timing is your bank's, not ours.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure of the service occurs, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
