IndustriesWholesale & distribution

Your customers order. Your runs go out. Your invoices follow.

For wholesalers and distributors who supply trade customers on a schedule: take the orders, get them on the right truck and bill them the way each customer is billed.

What you get

An order pad for every customer

Customers order on their own order pad at their own prices, or by text, email and phone, and your team sees one order per customer per day. Price lists sell by the piece, pack or box.

Regular orders that raise themselves

Standing orders raise themselves on the days each customer receives, in your own time zone, so the regulars never have to ask.

Runs, manifests and proof of delivery

Delivery runs by region with manifests and load totals, and proof of delivery with a signature and a photo on every drop. A customer with several sites keeps each address, each order goes to the one it names, and the run, the driver’s manifest and a recall all follow it.

Stock you buy in

Purchase orders for the products you sell, received into the chiller or the store room with the supplier’s lot and best-before, picked earliest best-before first, and found again by your lot or the supplier’s if a recall comes.

Billed and reconciled

Invoices with tax and PDFs, recurring schedules and reminders at 3, 7 and 14 days, with Xero connected so invoices and contacts flow without typing them twice.

Every account in one place

Your customers and contacts with tags, lists and notes the whole team can see, and every new account tracked from first enquiry.
