Overview started as the internal stack of a Melbourne business. The CRM, the reporting, the AI commentary engine, the helpdesk and the email automation were all built to replace the SaaS sprawl companies cobble together: a CRM here, an email platform there, a helpdesk somewhere else and a spreadsheet holding it all together.
