Every job booked with a crew and a truck
Each job has the customer’s address, who to ask for and how to get in, a checklist of what to do, and is booked for a day and an arrival window with a crew and a truck. Nobody who has left or is on leave that day can be put on a crew. A regular service (the bins every Monday, the grease trap every quarter) makes its own job ahead of each day, booked with its crew when they can work. A day board with a column for each truck shows every job in window order, from booked to under way to done, and a done job becomes an invoice to its customer in one step.
Photos and a signature from the job
Each crew member signs in to their own day on their phone: the jobs they are on, where to go and what to do. They start and finish each job there, take before and after photos, and the customer signs on the screen when it is done.
Bookings from your own website
Your own website shows the days and arrival windows you have room for, and each booking lands in Overview with the customer’s name, phone, address, notes and photos. One step makes it a job, with the customer on file, and your website is told when the job starts, when it is done, when it is invoiced and when it is paid. Every booking, lead and quote sits on a pipeline board as a deal that moves along with the job, so nothing slips between the phone call and the truck.
