Runs, manifests and loads
Delivery runs by region, with manifests and load totals for every truck. Say what each van carries, in cartons, kilograms or both: every run shows its load against it, the manifest says so at the top, and auto-assign stops filling a van that is full and tells you which orders it left for you to place. Print a numbered consignment note for every stop, one to a page, to travel with the goods and come back signed: who it is from and to, what is on it, the cartons and kilograms, and a code the receiver can scan to follow the delivery.

Customers told their delivery is coming
Switch it on and each customer is told when the run carrying their order starts, and again when theirs is the next stop: once each, in their own language, by text or email. A customer who replied STOP is not texted. The first message carries a link to follow the delivery on: how many stops come before theirs, then when it was delivered and who took it. The office can make a link for any stop on the board, to send however it likes.
Each driver’s run on their phone
Every driver sees the run they are driving that day, stop by stop in order, with the address, the delivery instructions and what to hand over. They start the run, get directions, record each drop at the door, and finish the run. Out of signal, a delivery recorded at the door waits on the phone and sends itself when the signal returns, once however many times it tries. A driver who only drives sees their own run and nothing else.
Regular work that books itself
Regular deliveries raise themselves on the days each customer receives, in your own time zone.
